OUR TEAM
DR. GAURAV SRIVASTAVA
Dr Gaurav Srivastava did his MBBS from King George Medical College Lucknow and his Internal Medicine (MD) training from GSVM Medical College Kanpur. Thereafter, he did his Haematology Training from Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India and worked as an assistant professor in the same department and was involved treating in leukaemias, lymphomas and stem cell transplants.
After moving to Australia in 2012 he worked at Monash Medical Centre, Geelong Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Alfred Hospital. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, Adult Medicine Division, Australia. He has special interests in malignant haematology including Acute Leukemia, Multiple Myeloma, Lymphomas, Myeloproliferative disorders and Myelodysplastic syndrome.
DR. BARNALI SRIVASTAVA
Dr. Barnali Srivastava is practising as a clinical haematologist in Melbourne. She graduated (M.B.B.S.) from S.N. Medical College, Agra, India. She then completed her post-graduation (M.D. Internal Medicine 2004) from G.S.V.M. Medical College, Kanpur, India. Thereafter, she joined Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, India and completed her super speciality training in Clinical Haematology (2008).
She has worked in The Geelong Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Cabrini hospital and The Epworth Hospital and has received her F.R.A.C.P. Adult Division Clinical Haematology in 2018. She keeps a keen interest in malignant haematology including leukaemias, lymphomas, multiple myelomas as well as myeloproliferative and myelodysplastic syndromes. She also has a Graduate Certificate Course in Clinical Teaching from Melbourne University. She is also a member of HISA (Health Informatics Society Australia).
DR. WAYNE HAUW
Dr. Hauw is a clinical Haematologist and holds dual degrees FRACP and FRCPA.
He has a special interest in Thrombosis, Bleeding, and Coagulation disorders.
Presently he is pursuing a Ph.D. degree from Alfred Hospital.
